Our trip to India was an educational and fantastic experience. We learned about Indian history, culture, and its people. Also, the food was outstanding! It was much better than the "Indian" restaurants in the US or Germany.
The main reason for our trip was to participate in the wedding of our friend Arunav Kundu. We spent the first 5 days in Delhi doing a little tourism and going to wedding events. After the wedding, we became full tourists and visited the cities Agra and Jaipur, then explored more of Delhi. Luckily, we were also able to visit the family of LAS's friend Vandana in Delhi and a co-worker of LAS. Our time with the Kundu, Paliwal, and Purohit families helped us learn more about Indian and Hindu home life.
